The 2021 vintage of the still young BOD Wijngoed DOT Tinto exudes notes of ripe red currants and blueberries, joined by subtle spicy notes. The red wine cuvée of Syrah and Merlot has a soft tannin structure that provides pleasant grip on the palate. The BOD Wijngoed DOT Tinto has storage potential. However, to still put it in the cellar might be difficult if you have already had it on the palate. He simply prepares already now great and long-lasting drinking pleasure. Our food recommendation: cheese platter or cheese fondue as well as rabbit dishes.

The variety of resulting wines, usually in very limited quantities and from all regions of the island, is impressive. Each wine is made exclusively from the grapes of the respective finca vineyard.

In the bodega "Château Vino de la Isla" Mallorca fans, wine lovers and gourmets can experience a variety of wines that is unique throughout the island.
