1. Wir liefern auf Mallorca und innerhalb Deutschlands (mit Ausnahme der deutschen Inseln). Bei Bestellungen auf Mallorca erfolgt die Rechnungsstellung und Lieferung in der Regel durch die VINO DE LA ISLA S.L. Bei Bestellungen in Deutschland erfolgt die Rechnungsstellung und Lieferung in der Regel durch die isla.wine GmbH.

2. delivery dates specified by customers in the order are valid only after we have confirmed them.

In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after receipt of the payment order to the remitting bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract. The period ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

4. delivery in Mallorca and within Germany (except for the German islands - see point 1.) is usually no later than 3-5 days after the start of the delivery period.

The costs incurred for packaging and shipping will be shown separately in the invoice or invoiced separately. The amount of the costs can be found in the respective product description or the shopping cart.

6. Wenn nicht anders angegeben, betragen die Versandkosten auf Mallorca und innerhalb Deutschlands (exklusive der Inseln) pauschal 8,90 Euro (inklusive Mehrwertsteuer). Bei einer Bestellung ab 99,00 Euro (inklusive Mehrwertsteuer) erfolgt der Versand kostenfrei.
