White from red!

Rosaberto Blanc de Negre is something very special. Although you can not see it, it was pressed from the red grape variety Manto Negro. A Blanc de Negre (international: "Blanc de Noir") is created in a very special way: The freshly harvested red grapes are immediately pressed - as in the classic white wine production - and only the light grape juice is fermented. Since this method is practiced only occasionally, it results in a comparatively rare style of wine. Rosaberto Blanc de Negre is even scarcer, having been created from the typical Mallorcan grape variety Manto Negro, which only exists in Mallorca.

In the glass it shines in bright golden yellow. The scent of lilac flowers and the aromas of red apple, mirabelle plum and yellow plum delight the nose. On the palate, the lively acidity plays with the goodness of citrus, apples and yellow plums, leaving a balanced impression that makes for pleasant drinking. Rosaberto Blanc de Negre is really eager to accompany Mediterranean summer dishes, fish or seafood.
